Your calendar is already full.
Your mind is juggling a dozen open loops—work deadlines, family plans, gifting, logistics. You're pulled in every direction and pieces of you feel scattered everywhere.
You're the one who holds it all together for everyone else. But inside? The fatigue is real. The season is coming, and you're not ready. Who's holding you?
Without meaning to, you scatter yourself—offering pieces of your essence to roles, responsibilities, and people. By December, the tethers are frayed. You're everywhere for everyone, except for yourself. The holidays loom, promising to pull you even further away from center.
Across one restorative session—or the full weekend—you’ll unwind the fragmentation, call your energy back, and remember what your center feels like.
To collect the pieces you’ve left behind, and to remember that peace and worthiness are not earned through doing — but through being. This retreat calls you back to your natural cohesion.
This space isn't about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering that you are already whole, and choosing presence, intention, and alignment over dispersion.

Intentional welcome, tea, and opening circle. We set a trauma-informed container where your truth is welcomed—not judged. You arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in, turn off devices, and feel your feet on the earth. Stillness begins.
Therapeutic, accessible yoga with Austeen to soften tension, unwind scattered energy, and re-awaken body wisdom. Saturday brings evening unwind energy. Sunday brings morning grounding energy. All bodies, all abilities welcome. This isn't about performance—it's about reconnection.
Heart-opening cacao led by Emefa to prepare the body-mind for deep inner work and aligned intention. An ancient plant medicine tradition to soften your heart and open the door to transformation.
Guided, music-led breathwork with Emefa. Eye masks and sensory reduction support profound nervous system regulation and somatic release. This goes deep. All invitational. This is where the real unscattering happens—where scattered pieces begin to gather and come home.
Art, journaling, or any creative pursuit of your own choosing. You can have quiet rest, or gentle conversation. You will be nourished by a seasonal meal curated to nourish your body and being. You integrate at your own pace—spacious, not rushed. Both facilitators present for one-to-one support.
Integration circle to harvest insights and anchor your "UNSCATTER" practices for home. You're sent back into the world whole.
