Privacy Policy

Effective as of October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Embodied Unfolding, LLC (“Embodied Unfolding,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit emefaboamah.com (the “Website”), purchase our digital products or programs, book or attend a coaching session, breathwork session, workshop, or event with us, or otherwise communicate with us.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Website.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites we link to, each of which has its own privacy practices, or to inhabityourself.com, which is operated by Inhabit Yourself, LLC under its own privacy policy.

Children Under 18

The Website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use the Website, make a purchase, register for a session or event, or provide any information to us. If we learn we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under 18, please contact us at hello@emefaboamah.com.

Information We Collect About You

We collect two kinds of information: information you provide to us directly, and information collected automatically as you navigate the Website.

Information You Provide To Us

We collect the information you give us when you fill out a form on the Website, join our email list, download a free resource, take our Spaceholder Archetype quiz, book a session or clarity call, register for a workshop or event, purchase a digital product or program, or contact us by email. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing information, business name, and website.

It also includes the information you choose to share with us in the course of our work together. When you complete a pre-session intake, respond to prompts about your body, energy, or circumstances, complete our archetype quiz, or participate in a coaching or breathwork session, you may share information about your physical, emotional, or mental state, your wellness practices, your history, and your goals. We treat this information as sensitive. We collect it only to prepare for and provide the services you have requested.

You are not required to provide any of this information. You can browse much of the Website without giving us anything. It is only when you join our list, take the quiz, book a session, register for an event, or make a purchase that information is required, and only what is needed for that purpose.

Automatic Data Collection

As you navigate the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected through standard web server logs maintained by our website host and through the forms, scheduling tools, quiz, and consent management tool used on the Website. We use it to operate and secure the Website, to understand which content is of most and least interest, to determine technical design specifications, and to identify system performance or problem areas.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. We use a consent management platform to obtain your choices about cookies. When you first visit the Website, you are presented with a notice that allows you to accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose which categories you will allow. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website to function are always active. You may change your choices at any time using the cookie preferences control on the Website.

Our Cookie Policy describes the categories of cookies used on the Website, the specific cookies in each category, and how to manage them.

You can also set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Website may become inaccessible or may not function properly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because no common industry standard for responding to these signals has been adopted, the Website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Third Party Use Of Cookies

Some content on the Website is served by third parties, including our form and scheduling provider, our quiz provider, and embedded podcast players. These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about you when you interact with their content. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have questions about a specific third party’s practices, you should contact that party directly.

Email Information

If you choose to correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your messages along with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for this information that we do for information you submit through the Website.

Email Policies

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all emails sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. All email messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further email communication from us.

Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us at any time. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. If you ever have trouble unsubscribing, you can email hello@emefaboamah.com requesting to unsubscribe from future emails.

How And Why We Collect Information

The Company collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you join our email list, download a free resource, take our quiz, book a session, register for an event, or purchase a product or program from us, we collect your information. We use it to provide what you have requested, to prepare for and deliver our services, and to keep you informed about the offerings you have selected and related offerings.

If you opt in to receive any free resource, take our quiz, register for an event, or purchase any product or program sold by the Company, we may enroll you to receive our email newsletter. If you do not wish to receive it, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send.

How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?

We use personal information to present the Website and its contents to you, to provide you with information, to provide you with offers for products and services, to carry out any contract between you and the Company, to prepare for and deliver coaching, breathwork, speaking, and advisory services, to administer our business activities, to provide customer service, and to make available other items and services to our clients and prospective clients.

We do not use health or wellness information for advertising purposes, and we do not disclose health or wellness information to analytics or advertising providers.

Disclosure Of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease any information collected, whether automatically or through your voluntary action. We disclose information only as described below.

We may disclose your personal information to our service providers for the purpose of providing our services to you, including our website host, our customer relationship and email marketing provider, our scheduling and form providers, our quiz provider, our consent management provider, and our checkout and payment provider.

We may disclose your personal information to a third party, including a lawyer or collection agency, when necessary to enforce our Terms of Use or any other agreement between you and the Company.

We may provide your information to any successor in interest in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets or business.

We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so — in other words, when we, in good faith, believe the law requires it, or for the protection of our legal rights, or when compelled by a court or other governmental entity to do so.

How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?

We employ commercially reasonable methods to ensure the security of the information you provide to us and the information we collect automatically. This includes using standard security protocols and working only with reputable third-party vendors. Payments for products and services purchased through the Website are processed by our checkout provider and the payment processor connected to it. Your full payment card information is not stored on our servers. If a breach of security affects your personal information, including health or wellness information, we will notify you and any other affected users as required by applicable law.

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. Doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Information you enter on our Website is transmitted over a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. Credit card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email.

For site security purposes and to ensure this service remains available to all users, the Company and its website host use software to monitor network traffic and identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.

Policy Changes

We may revise and update this privacy policy from time to time in our sole discretion. It is our policy to post any changes we make on this page, and all changes are effective immediately when posted unless otherwise stated. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you by email to the address you have given us or through a notice on the Website. The date this privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the Website and this privacy policy to check for changes.

Your Privacy Rights Under State Law

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. These rights may include: (a) the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; (b) the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (c) the right to correct inaccurate personal information; (d) the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell or share your personal information; and (e) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

Because we collect information about your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing in the course of providing coaching and breathwork services, some state laws may classify certain information we hold as “sensitive personal information” subject to additional protections. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@emefaboamah.com. We will verify your identity and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

Washington Consumer Health Data

Certain information we collect may be “consumer health data” under the Washington My Health My Data Act. This includes information you share in a pre-session intake, information about your bodily, emotional, or mental state shared in the course of a session, your responses to our Spaceholder Archetype quiz and the archetype result associated with your email address, and information about your breathwork and somatic practice. We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent or as necessary to provide a product or service you have requested, and we do not sell consumer health data. If you are a Washington consumer, you may have the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, to access that data and a list of third parties with whom we share it, to withdraw your consent, and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@emefaboamah.com. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington Attorney General.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide you with our services and maintain our relationship with you, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your personal information, we will honor that request, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain data.
