I’m Emefa Boamah, a Somatic and Embodiment-based Life and Business Coach—what I call “The Spaceholder’s Spaceholder.”
I know what it feels like to be everything to everyone else while having nowhere to go yourself. In 2020, I nearly died on a ventilator. In that moment, I realized the biggest fear wasn’t mortality—it was dying alone, never fully living, never becoming who I came here to be.
That experience took everything from me. But it also gave me clarity: every moment after that is bonus time.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting women like you—leaders, healers, and caretakers who hold space for everyone else but forget to hold space for themselves. Through combining ancestral wisdom with modern somatic practices, I’ve helped spaceholders transform from depletion to fullness while maintaining their capacity to serve.
My deepest work happens when we explore what it means to lead joyfully, boldly, and authentically—not by proving yourself, but by remembering who you actually are.
