The Somaxis™ Breathwork Method

The Somaxis™ Breathwork Method is a five-facet approach to embodied transformation through conscious connected breath.

Rather than working with one part of your experience, Somaxis™ honors the whole of who you are. Each journey gently guides you through the five facets of being, creating opportunities for regulation, insight, expression, integration, and remembrance.

Some parts of the method are taught while others are experienced. Not everything meaningful can be explained – some things can only be felt.

Every Somaxis™ experience is guided by intuitive facilitation and grounded in safety, consent, and wholeness, creating the conditions for you to breathe, feel, listen, and remember what has always been within you.
